Aaron Unger is a seasoned corporate finance professional with extensive experience in structuring and executing financings (equity and debt) and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Bayline, Aaron served on the Executive Management team and was the Head of Equity Capital Markets at Dundee Capital Markets (the predecessor to Eight Capital) for 10 years. Prior to that, Aaron served in the Equity Capital Markets and Investment Banking groups at TD Securities (TD Bank’s investment dealer) for 7 years. His career began in the corporate finance group of KPMG, where Aaron specialized in mid-market M&A.

 Through his career, Aaron has advised hundreds of private and public issuers across all industry groups and has facilitated many billions of dollars in financings. Through Aaron’s extensive capital markets experience, he has cultivated top tier “street” credibility and very high-level relationships with many institutional and retail investors across Canada as well as many executives of high profile Canadian public companies to whom he has provided extensive strategic and financial advice.

Aaron has an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and an MBA from the European University in Montreux, Switzerland. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and sits on the board of several private companies and not for profit organizations.
